I have been recently obsessing over Instagram and have been following so many inspirational gym peeps it has been great!!! Nothing gets me in the mood to life more than watching some great trainers and lifters share their workouts!

In other news, I am getting into week 6 of my 6 week healthy living challenge!!
Results so far:
Way WAY more friggen red Xs than I want to see. Healthy eating + Social life = impossibly hard to balance. I really haven’t done a bangup job on that one, but it is so hard to be strict on myself when chilling with friends!! 😭
Plus I have like the worst self control when it comes to sweets. 🍫 🍩🥞 And, ofc, pizza. 🍕🍕🍕mmmmm pizza….🤤
I guess the biggest surprise is how easy it has been to get to the gym 4x a week.
Like, actually super easy!!
I basically doubled my gym comittment, and have been rockin’ it since week one! I find the more I get to the gm the more I want to get to the gym! Ironically where I fail with eating, I succeed with gym…. a lot of my messages with friends are as follows:
And I manage to get to the gym even if it is 11:00pm on a Saturday after a movie followed by beers with friends at a pub (*true story from last night!).
So I am determined to win this last week of my challenge!! And already planning for the next 6 weeks! (It will probably include a lot of eating focus. Which is going to suck. But so help me my tummy is still pudgy and time is ticking! Bikinis and beaches are just around the corner!! 😱)
